Engineering the Future of Autonomous Systems

Advanced Mobile Manipulators &
Industrial Robotics

We are RoboVYU. A premier robotics research and development team specializing in 6-axis kinematics, rocker-bogie navigation, and cutting-edge edge AI deployment.

Precision Engineering Meets Autonomy

RoboVYU operates at the intersection of mechanical design and intelligent software. From resolving inverse kinematics on high-speed microcontrollers to fine-tuning sensor fusion in ROS2 environments, we build systems that bridge the gap between simulation and the physical world.

Hardware

Teensy 4.1, Cycloidal Drives, Pixhawk Cube Orange

Software

ROS2 Jazzy, Gazebo, YOLO ONNX to Hailo-8L

Flagship R&D

Pushing boundaries in terrain navigation, high-speed processing, and competition-ready automation.

Phase 01: Simulation & Kinematics

Digital Twin & Kinematic Solvers

Before a single piece of aluminum was cut, the robot's complex inverse kinematics and terrain navigation algorithms were rigorously stress-tested in ROS2 Gazebo environments to validate joint stresses and trajectory planning.

Embedded Control Systems

To handle the massive computational load of real-time inverse kinematics and sensor fusion, we moved entirely away from standard hobby-grade controllers, designing custom PCBs.

  • Processing Pipeline: Migrated core logic to a Teensy 4.1 alongside dual ESP32 microcontrollers to eliminate processing bottlenecks.
  • Power & Drive: Integrated heavy-duty Cytron MDD20A motor drivers and isolated buck converters to ensure stable logic voltage during high-torque robotic arm movements.
  • Sensory Input: Hardwired I2C communication pipelines for BNO055 IMUs, allowing for hyper-accurate 360-degree rotational drift calibration.
Phase 03: Live Deployment
